Reference
is made to the announcement dated 25/9/2009.
The Board of Directors of
the Company wishes to announce that PTC Timber Sdn Bhd
("PTSB") and the Company's wholly-owned
subsidiary Harvest Lumber Sdn Bhd ("HLSB"),
have mutually agreed to a full and final settlement of
the claim between the parties. PTSB is to withdraw the
petition against HLSB on 2 November 2009. |
