reference to the announcements made on 9 October 2009,
12 October 2009 and 14 October 2009, PM Securities Sdn
Bhd, is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors
of HCIB had on 4 November 2009 decided to extend the
last date and time for acceptance and payment in
relation to the Right Shares with Warrants for another
three (3) market days from 10 November 2009 at 5.00 p.m.
to 13 November 2009 at 5.00 p.m. to allow the entitled
shareholders of HCIB to have additional time to
subscribe for the Rights Shares with Warrants.
