| The last
date and time for acceptance and payment of Rights
Shares with Warrants as well as the last date and time
for excess Rights Shares with Warrants may be extended
as the Board of Directors of HCIB may decide in its
absolute discretion and announce not less than two (2)
market days before the stipulated date and time.
The abridged prospectus
together with the notice of provisional allotment and
the rights subscription form (collectively referred to
as "Documents") in relation to the Rights
Issue with Warrants will be dispatched on 28 October
2009 to the entitled shareholders who have a
registered address in Malaysia and whose name appear
on the Record of Depositors on 26 October 2009. The
Documents will not be dispatched to entitled
shareholders who have not provided an address in
Malaysia. The entitled shareholder who is without a
registered address in Malaysia and wish to provide a
Malaysian address should inform their respective
stockbrokers to effect the change of address prior to
12 October 2009. |
