Securities Sdn Bhd, on behalf of the Board of Directors
of HCIB, is pleased to announce that Bursa Malaysia
Securities Berhad has vide its letter dated 2 December
2009 noted that the Company has regularised its
financial condition and level of operations and no
longer triggers any of the criteria under paragraph 2.1
of Practice Note 17 ("PN17") of the Main
Market Listing Requirements.
Consequently, the
upliftment of the Company from the PN17 status will be
effective on 3 December 2009.
